Starr Annete Tull passed away May 25, 2010 at the age of 33.  Starr was born in Burbank, CA on May 7, 1977 to Linda Carol Sierman. She grew up and attended school in San Bernardino, CA.

When her mother married her step-dad Marion Earl Sierman, they made Ponca City their home.
