
Martha Charlene Hall,
43, of Tonkawa, Oklahoma passed away Monday, October
29, 2007 at Fort Oakland, Oklahoma. Martha was born
May 15, 1964 in Springfield, Missouri to Robert and
Cleta (Rhoten) Hall.
A traditional Funeral Feast will be at 12:00 p.m.
Friday, November 2, 2007 with service at 2:00 p.m.
in the Tonkawa Tribal Gymnasium at Fort Oakland,
Oklahoma with Don Patterson officiating. Interment
will follow in Fort Oakland Tribal Cemetery, Fort
Oakland, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under the
direction of Tonkawa Funeral Home, Tonkawa,
Oklahoma.
Martha was a member of the Tonkawa Tribe and a long
time worker for the tribe. Martha married and
raised her family in Fort Oakland; always attending
the pow wow’s which she loved.
She is
survived by her son, Richard Roubedeaux of Tonkawa,
Oklahoma and a granddaughter, Zoey Elaine Roubefeaux;
her companion, Ernie Norman; two Aunts, Louella
Powers of Fort Oakland, Oklahoma and Rosanna Rhoten
of Tonkawa, Oklahoma; her Uncle Eugene Rhoten of
Missouri; numerous nieces, nephews and other family
members; also many friends.
She is
preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Cleta
and her grandparents.
Casket
bearers are Gabriel Proper, David Martin, Steven
Martin, Daniel Powers, Melvin Allen, Jr. and Merle
Rhoten. Honorary casket bearers, Eddie Ramireze and
Bart Martin.
