Juanita Lynn Graves, 35, of Tonkawa, Oklahoma passed away January 25, 2009 in her home. Lynn was born  July 2, 1973 in Blackwell, Oklahoma to David and Juanda Elaine (Spears) Arent.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 30, 2009 at the First United Methodist Church, Tonkawa, Oklahoma with Chaplin Mike Sweetman officiating. Interment will follow in the Tonkawa I.O.O.F. Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Tonkawa Funeral Home, Tonkawa, Oklahoma.

Lynn grew up in Tonkawa graduating from Tonkawa High School in 1991 and from Northern Oklahoma College with an Associate of Arts Degree in 1999. She was in the National Honor Society in high school and a member of Rainbow and the America Corp.  

 She married Bernard “Ben” Graves August 30, 1997 in Wichita, Kansas. The joy of her life was her two children eleven year old Patience “Pat” Lynn and nine year old Benjamin “Jack” James Graves.

She is survived by her husband, Ben and children Pat and Jack of the home; her mother and father, Juanda and David Arent of Tonkawa, Oklahoma; her grandmother, Marge Snyder of Blackwell, Oklahoma; her brother, Chief Petty Officer Brian Snyder and his wife, Stephanie of MCAS Miramar in San Diego, California, David Gordon Arent of Grand Junction, Colorado; her sister, Christine Sawyer and her husband, Steve of Tonkawa, Oklahoma; and numerous other relatives.  

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Fred and Marge Spears, Charles Snyder and Uncle Johnnie Spears.

Pallbearers are Paul Palma, Steve Sawyer, Jamie Spears, Brian Bufford, George Sawyer, Mike Arnold and Troney Langston. 

Memorials may be made to the First National Bank in Lynn’s name for her children's education in care of Tonkawa Funeral Home, 400 E Grand Ave, Tonkawa, OK 74653.
