Felix "Nooner"  D. Allen, 44,  of  Fort Oakland, Oklahoma, passed away May 9, 2010 in his home. Felix was born January 30, 1966 in Wichita, Kansas.                                

Felix grew up in Tonkawa graduating from Tonkawa High School and worked for the Tonkawa Tribe in the maintenance department.

A Prayer Service will be Tuesday night May 11 at 7:30 p.m. in the Tribal Gym.  The Noon Feast will be held at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday,  May 12, 2010 in the Tonkawa Tribal Gym with the Funeral Service at 2: p.m. and the interment will follow in the Tonkawa Tribal Cemetery.  Rev Douglas Eagle will be officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of Tonkawa Funeral Home, Tonkawa, OK.

He is survived by his siblings, Felicia Kemble of Tonkawa, Challis Gottman of Durango, Colorado, Waldo Allen of Tonkawa; three great nephews, Ned Kemble, Jr., Johnny Pettit, Jr. and Keneen Kemble;  numerous other nieces, nephew and extended family.

He is preceded in death by his parent Laura Belle Allen; grandparents/adopted parents Felix and Lorraine Allen and a sister, Barbara McClish

Pallbearers are Kevin, Johnny, Sr. and Thomas Pettit, Charles Lee Allen, Gabriel Propper and Chris Kemble. Honorary are James D. Harjo, Michael Paul and Matt Flores, Charles Paul Allen, Tommy Stout, David Martin and Floyd Allen.
