
Danny
Hazard, 49, of Tonkawa, Oklahoma passed away Sunday,
November 11, 2007 in his home. Danny was born on
November 14, 1957 in Maui, Hawaii to Rod and Coleen
(VeLaer) Hazard.
Danny married Lorrie Fitch September 15, 1984 in
Moore, Oklahoma. He worked many years as a meat
cutter in grocery stores.
Danny’s had a great love for his grandchildren and
family; his greatest joy was playing with them
whether watching TV or playing games. He also
enjoyed listening to music.
He is survived by his wife, Lorrie Hazard of the
home; his mother, Coleen Hazard of Moore, Oklahoma;
his sons, Daniel Mark Hazard, II and his wife,
Stephanie of Belton, Missouri, David and Jeremy
Hazard of the home; his brother, Rodney K. Hazard of
Moore, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Dylan and Jasmin
Hazard; his grandmother, Anna Velaer Adcock of
Moore, Oklahoma; numerous nieces, nephews and other
family members.
He was preceded in death by his father, Rod Hazard
and grand parents.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, November
17, 2007 at 2:00 pm in the Tonkawa Bible Church with
Pastors’ Stuart Milligan and Stewart Wine
officiating.
A memorial
fund has been set up at First National Bank in
Tonkawa to assist with his sons’ education and
college fund.
