Daniel "Danny" Ratliff, 70,  of  Ponca City, Oklahoma, passed away April 10, 2010 in Shawn Manor Nursing Home, Ponca City. Danny was born September 23, 1939 at San Francisco, California to Warren and Roseanna (Jones) Ratliff.

Danny attended Lamont School in Lamont, California, and received his BA Degree from Santa Barbara College, California;  spending most of his life in California, he moved to Ponca City in 1996.

He is survived by his sisters, Linda Cremers of Ponca City, Oklahoma, and Janet Ratliff of Centerville, Georgia; his brothers, Donal Ratliff of Whittier, California, Jerry Ratliff of Chicago, Illinois, and Mario Ratliff of Ponca City, Oklahoma;  numerous nieces, nephew and other family members.

He is preceded in death by his parents.  

Graveside Memorial Service will be  held at Resthaven-Sunset Memorial Park Thursday, April 15, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. with Brother Blaine Herron of Four Squares Church of Ponca City.  Arrangements are under the direction of Tonkawa Funeral Home, Tonkawa, OK.

Memorials may be made to the Hospice of North Central Oklahoma  in the care of Tonkawa Funeral Home, 400 E. Grand Ave., Tonkawa, OK 74653.
